This season record (19-9, 2-1 in 3 team parlays)

Very odd for us to have such a good Thursday night games especially late in the season. But, we get a divisional showdown between two teams who are arguably top 5 in football. It is actually insane that one of these teams have to limp into the wild card with potentially the second best record in the AFC. The Chargers travel to Arrowhead to play against the Chiefs. The Chiefs have an incredible offense and the Chargers have a mix of everything, but they defense is slightly undervalued. I loved Chargers unders all year, but this game is different. I have two plays in this game. I like the Chiefs and the over. Without Melvin Gordon, and without the second string running back Rivers is going to be forced to air it out the majority of the game. Mahomes can light up the scoreboard against basically anyone. I expect them to bounce back after struggling last week against Baltimore even though they won the offense was kept in check for the first 3 and a half quarters. Andy Reid will have a little something extra for a crucial game tonight.

  • The plays: Chiefs -3.5 and over 54. Don’t be afraid to parlay  the two.
    • Final Score: Chiefs 35-27

Lebron is actually 17-10 with the Lakers this year? When did that happen? I thought they started this season losing their first like 15 games. Guess not. Lately they have been playing very good ball and seem to be jelling (is that a word, seems like a word) together. Somehow this team is going to end up the 2 or 3 team in the West and matchup with Golden State in the Western Conference finals. The Rockets did win the other night but I still think they stink. Chris Paul’s contract is a joke. The team doesn’t have depth and I would like to see them manage to miss the playoffs. Unfortunately, Lakers tonight even though I would like to see both teams lose.

  • The play: Lakers +5.5 and Lakers money line +190
    • Final score: Lakers 123-118

The only team the Bulls should be single digit underdogs on the road against is the Suns. Being +5.5 at the Magic is a joke. Unless half of the magic team has bird flu that I don’t know about take the Magic and don’t think about it.

  • The play: Magic -5.5
    • Final Score: Magic 109-98

Unfortunately, the two college are brutal tonight so no play.
